Northwest cross country finds success in Stanford

SR Story | Local runners represented the Inland Northwest well on Saturday afternoon at the Stanford Invitational in Stanford, California. The Washington State men claimed the team title, WSU’s Abby Regan won the women’s race and Mt. Spokane senior John Dressel won the boys prep race.

SR Story | Mt. Spokane junior John Dressel finished fourth in the junior men’s race Saturday at the USA Cross Country Championships at Flatirons Golf Course in Boulder, Colo. Dressel finished the 8,000-meter course in 25 minutes, 45 seconds – the first high school runner to cross.
