Reardan boosts record to 18-0 in girls basketball

Kelsey Moos led three players in double figures with 16 points as Reardan dumped Kettle Falls 68-21 in Bi-County 2B League play Friday night in Kettle Falls.

Katy Burge had 14 points and Chantel Heath added 13 for the Indians (18-0, 14-0), who outscored the Bulldogs (5-14, 4-11) 28-0 in the second quarter.

Reardan hosts winless Liberty tonight and wraps up the regular season Tuesday at St. George’s.

Colfax 49, Springdale 9: Taylor Larson scored 13 points as the Bulldogs (12-6, 11-3) beat the visiting Chargers (4-15, 4-11). Springdale was held scoreless in the first and third quarters.

Davenport 68, Liberty 25: Miranda Mielke scored 34 points and the Gorillas (9-9, 7-7) got out to a quick start and eased past the host Lancers (0-18, 0-14). Davenport outscored Liberty 22-5 in the second quarter and led by 29 points at the half. Jenna Galler and Macy Cornmesser combined to pull down 17 rebounds for the Lancers.

Bi-County 1B League

Wilbur-Creston 46, St. Michael’s 42: Kaelee Reed scored 20 points as the Wildcats (8-10, 4-4) stormed back in the fourth quarter and clipped the host Warriors (3-13, 0-7). Wilbur-Creston outscored St. Michael’s 21-8 in the final quarter to erase a nine-point deficit. Rosie Urann led the Warriors with 17 points.

Almira/Coulee-Hartline 68, Valley Christian 19: Madeline Isaak had 14 points, seven assists and five steals as the Warriors (17-3, 8-0) routed the visiting Panthers (5-11, 1-6). Miranda Porterfield had 14 points and Shelby Streeter added 10 for ACH.

Southeast 1B League

Colton 66, St. John-Endicott 13: As a result of their full-court pressure defense, the visiting Wildcats (19-0, 13-0) forced the Eagles (10-7, 7-6) into 32 turnovers and cruised to the win. Haley Moser had 16 points for Colton. St. John-Endicott was held to just two second-half points.

Rosalia 53, Garfield-Palouse 35: Briann Maley scored 20 points and MacKenzie Reddish added 14 as the Spartans (16-3, 11-2) topped the host Vikings (8-8, 5-8). Taylor Redman scored a team-high 12 points for Garfield-Palouse.

Tekoa-Oakesdale 75, LaCrosse-Washtucna 31: The Nighthawks (12-6, 9-4) jumped out to a 20-3 lead and eased past the visiting Tigercats (3-16, 2-11). Kimberly Groom scored 20 points and Alex Overton added 18 for Tekoa-Oakesdale. LaCrosse-Washtucna was led by Logan Harter’s 13 points.

North Star League

Mullan 47, Kootenai 41: Kami McKinnon had 25 points and 11 rebounds to lead the Tigers (1-6, 1-4) past the visiting Warriors (3-11, 1-5). Katey Mae McInturff had a team-high 12 points for Kootenai.
