Dakota Wickard scored 18 points and Emily Drake added 15 as Pullman pulled even with West Valley atop the Great Northern League girls basketball standings with a 63-57 win over the Eagles Saturday night in Pullman.
Erin Higbie tallied a team-high 14 points for West Valley, which was outscored by 10 points in the second half.
West Valley beat Pullman 56-46 in the teams’ first meeting on Jan. 3. Both teams have five league games remaining.
East Valley 68, Clarkston 54: Jordan Phelan led three players in double figures with 18 points and the Knights (11-4, 5-2) started strong and pulled away late for a win over the host Bantams (3-12, 1-6). Erin Wallman added 13 points and Hannah Burland chipped in 12 for East Valley. Clarkston was led by Jaclyn Meyers’ 20 points and 12 rebounds.
Cheney 39, Deer Park 21: Chae Brown scored 14 points and the Blackhawks (5-8, 3-4) went on a 14-0 second-quarter run and beat the host Stags (0-15, 0-7). Makenna Adams tallied a team-high seven points for Deer Park.

Post Falls 50, Lewiston 41: Dani Failor scored 10 points and grabbed 11 rebounds as the Trojans (17-1, 4-1) overcame foul trouble to some key players and handed the host Bengals (13-5, 2-3) their second straight loss. Post Falls outscored Lewiston 30-19 in the second half to erase a slim halftime deficit. Karlee Wilson tallied a team-high 13 points for the Bengals.

Moscow 46, Lakeland 28: Chloe Quinnett had 12 points, 10 rebounds and three steals as the Bears (6-9, 3-0) pulled away late in the fourth and beat the visiting Hawks (2-15, 0-4). Kylie Gorton added eight points and 11 rebounds for Moscow. Lakeland was led by Jordan Ward’s 11 points.
Freeman 58, Medical Lake 26: Alisha Sorensen scored a game-high 19 points as the Scotties (16-0, 8-0) overwhelmed the visiting Cardinals (6-10, 2-7) from the get-go and cruised to the win. Sabrina Earle had 10 points for Medical Lake, which lost the rebounding battle 27-15.
Newport 50, Kettle Falls 36: The Grizzlies (11-6, 6-3) gained control in the first quarter and beat the host Bulldogs (6-10, 2-7). Courtney Wiese scored 21 points and Holly Malsbury added 10 for Newport. Kettle Falls was led by Kourtney Keenan and Emily Owens, who scored 12 points apiece.
Lakeside 41, Chewelah 22: Ashley Cook-Cox scored 21 points and the Eagles (12-4, 6-2) amped up their defensive intensity in the second half and beat the host Cougars (5-11, 2-7). Ryann Richmond scored eight points to lead Chewelah, which was held to just six second-half points.
Reardan 50, Northwest Christian 48: Chantel Heath scored 15 points and the Indians (17-1, 12-0) came from behind to beat the host Crusaders (13-4, 8-4). Kelsey Moos added 12 points – all of which came in the second half – for Reardan, which outscored Northwest Christian 12-5 in the third quarter to erase a four-point halftime deficit. Chanel Knight had 16 points and seven rebounds and Treasure Farmer added 12 points for the Crusaders.
Colfax 60, Liberty 24: Taylor Larsen scored 17 points as the Bulldogs (15-3, 10-2) opened the game on a 21-2 run and routed the host Lancers (2-16, 0-12). Aly Tee tallied a team-high 13 points for Liberty.
Springdale 31, St. George’s 26: The Chargers (9-9, 5-7) forced 21 turnovers and edged the visiting Dragons (8-10, 6-6). Taylor Smith tallied a team-high nine points for Springdale.

Republic 39, Cusick 33: Demi Jo Vaughn scored 11 points as the Tigers (12-4, 7-2) got out to a quick start and upset the host Panthers (15-1, 8-1). Republic outscored Cusick 12-2 in the opening quarter and won the rebounding battle 36-24.
Selkirk 46, Curlew 34: Katie Couch scored 19 points as the Rangers (6-8, 4-6) opened the game on a 10-2 run and beat the host Cougars (5-9, 3-6). Lindsey Gibson tallied a team-high 15 points for Curlew.
Columbia 56, Northport 24: Elizabeth Larrew had 22 points and eight rebounds and Shahnoa Williams added 12 points as the Lions (11-6, 8-2) walloped the Mustangs (2-13, 0-10) in Lions. Kathy Higgins tallied a team-high 10 points for Northport.

Odessa-Harrington 50, Valley Christian 34: Chelsea Fisher scored 14 points and grabbed nine rebounds and Katie DeWulf added 13 points as the Titans (5-12, 3-4) topped the visiting Panthers (1-13, 1-6). Lindy Riggan poured in a game-high 26 points for Valley Christian.
Almira/Coulee-Hartline 63, Wellpinit 33: Karlee Martin made 11 of 16 shots and finished with 25 points to guide the Warriors (12-5, 7-0) to a rout of the Redskins (8-9, 4-3) in Coulee City. Allison Fox added 11 points for ACH.
Wilbur-Creston 63, St. Michael’s 31: The Wildcats (13-4, 5-2) thoroughly dominated the third quarter and eased past the visiting Warriors (3-13, 1-6). Jessica Boyer tallied a game-high 14 points for Wilbur-Creston, which outscored St. Michael’s 28-5 in the third.
St. John-Endicott 53, Touchet 30: Emily Jones had 12 points and 10 rebounds as the Eagles (13-2, 10-1) pulled away in the second half and routed the visiting Indians. Rachel Gfeller and Gretchan Van Lith added a combined 21 points for St. John-Endicott, which only committed four turnovers.
Colton 73, Liberty Christian 26: Payton Meyer scored 18 points and Jenna Moser added 15 as the Wildcats (14-1, 11-0) dumped the host Patriots.
Garfield-Palouse 38, LaCrosse-Washtucna/Kahlotus 22: Taylor Redman matched the Tigercats’ output with 22 points and the Vikings (4-12, 4-8) cruised to the win at Palouse. The Tigercats (0-15, 0-11) were outscored 12-3 in the opening quarter.
Lakeside 46, Kootenai 33: Avery Brown-Sonders had 15 points and seven rebounds and the Knights (9-7) topped the Warriors (2-13) in Harrison. Katey Mae McInturff led Kootenai with 13 points, nine rebounds and four steals.
