Post Falls beat Coeur d’Alene 76-55 in a 5A Region I game Saturday in Coeur d’Alene. The win gave the Trojans (15-8) a berth to the state tournament. The Vikings (17-5) were eliminated.
Clarkston 84, Grandview 69: The Bantams (21-3) beat the Greyhounds in Richland to secure a berth to the State 2A tournament.
Zillah 66, Riverside 58: The Leopards beat the Rams (20-6) in a 1A regional tournament game at Eisenhower High School in Yakima.
Three Rivers Christian 53, Odessa-Harrington 46: The Eagles earned a spot in next week’s State 2B tournament in Spokane with a win over the Titans (16-8) in Ellensburg.
Genesee 51, Lakeside 40: The Knights’ (16-5) season came to a close after a loss to the Bulldogs at St. Maries.
Filer 42, Bonners Ferry 32: The Wildcats earned a spot in the 3A state tournament with a win over the Badgers (11-11) at McCall-Donnelly HSl.
Summit 50, Kootenai 43: Matthew Schwartz scored 15 and Summit beat the Warriors in a 1A Division II play-in game at St. Maries.
University 61, Kamiakin 57: Ashley Woods scored 20 points and the Titans held off the Braves in a 3A regional game in Richland. The win gave U-Hi (10-14) a spot in the State 3A tournament.
East Valley 45, West Valley (Yakima) 42: Hannah Burland made a go-ahead layin with less than a minute left and the Knights (20-3) beat the Rams at Central Valley to advance to State.
Ellensburg 51, Colville 36: The Bulldogs topped the Indians (18-6) in a 2A regional elimination game in Moses Lake.
Lynden Christian 56, Freeman 42: The Scotties’ (17-9) season came to a close with a loss to the Lyncs at Mt. Vernon High School.
St. George’s 51, White Swan 48: Ceci Bergquist and Hailey Higashi scored 17 points apiece and the Dragons (15-13) edged the Cougars in a 2B regional game in Yakima. Next up for St. George’s is the State 2B tournament.
Pateros 61, Republic 42: Lori LeDough scored 24 points and the Billygoats routed the Tigers (19-4) in a 1B regional game in Wenatchee.
Neah Bay 56, Wellpinit 52: The host Red Devils beat the Redskins (11-11) to advance to State.
