Jahil Frans led the No. 3 seed Pirates (9-12) with 33 points and Maks Babich added 25 – including eight in the extra session.
Dante Ragsdale paced Southridge (7-14) with 33 points and Anthony Jackson had 19.
Rogers faces No. 2 seed Kamiakin in a semifinal on Friday while Southridge moves to a loser-out on Tuesday.
North Central 51, Kennewick 46: Isaiah Lockett scored 14 points, Rashawn Lemory added 12 and the visiting fifth-seeded Indians (11-11) topped the No. 4 seed Lions (9-13). Jenner Norwood led Kennewick with 23 points. North Central advanced to face No. 1 seed Mt. Spokane in a semifinal on Friday, while Kennewick faces a loser-out on Tuesday.

Medical Lake 59, Chewelah 52: Derek Steege scored 25 points, Jacquez Johnson added 13 and the No. 4 seed Cardinals (11-11) eliminated the visiting fifth-seeded Cougars (9-11). Elan Krausz led Chewelah with 16 points. Medical Lake faces No. 1 seed Freeman in a semifinal at West Valley HS on Friday.

Asotin 73, Springdale 49: Eli Engledow scored 16 points and the Panthers (9-10) downed the Chargers (7-13) at West Valley HS. Dustin Cates led Springdale with 15 points. Asotin faces North Division No. 1 St. George’s in a quarterfinal on Thursday while Springdale plays a loser-out game on Saturday.
Davenport 65, Tekoa-Rosalia 40: Peyton Buchanan scored 13 points with 12 rebounds and the Gorillas (11-10) beat the Timberwolves (4-17). Mitchell Billings scored 14 for Tekoa-Rosalia. Izaiah Bowdish and Jaden Flett had 12 points apiece for Davenport, which advances to play South Division No. 2 seed Colfax on Thursday. T-R faces a loser-out on Saturday.
Reardan 39, Kettle Falls 38: Cade Francis scored 14 points with eight rebounds and hit the winner with 3.1 seconds left and the Indians (7-14) beat the Bulldogs (7-14). Wellpinit 61, Selkirk 40: Xavier Brown scored 14 points, Tyrone Dorris added 13 and the visiting Redskins (15-6) downed the Rangers (11-9). Justin Krabbenhoft led Selkirk with 13 points.
